Wilmer Roberts

This position chairs board sessions and attends the Wilbarger Creek MUD No. 2 (master district) Advisory Committee meetings.

He is a retired program manager from the Texas Military Force's ESGR program and has served as Deputy Division Director for the Texas Attorney General's Office, Consumer Education and Elder Outreach Division. He has served as Planning Commissioner for the City of Beaumont, Texas. Currently he is an agent for the American Equity Life Insurance Company selling insurance to National Guard Soldiers and International Fire Fighter Union members. He is also a board member for the McKinley Heights Developmental Corporation, a non-profit of Mt. Zion Baptist Church providing housing to disabled and seniors.

Tracy Johnson

BIO

Tracy Johnson has been a resident of Shadow Glen since 2003. He is currently a Network Systems Integration Specialist for Women, Infants and Children’s (WIC) program under the Texas the Health and Human Services Commission. Tracy is an Alumni of Texas A&M, with an (M.A.) in Public Administration. and Alumni of Eastern New Mexico University with a (B.S.) in Political Science. His hobbies include golfing, biking, painting, music production and family activities.

Sarah Rossig

Sarah has lived in Shadowglen since 2014. She currently works in Human Resources for a large software company and has previously served as a Board member for a local volunteer organization. On her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending with family and friends' outdoors paddle boarding, camping, and walking the dog. She also has a passion for baking and gardening..

BIO

I moved to Shadowglen in 2004. I retired from the U.S. Department of Treasury as a Department Manager. I also had the honor of serving in the the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Throughout my career, I focused on streamlining operations to improve work methods and procedures in my areas of responsibility, helping to achieve goals and missions. My faith, family and community remain the most important parts of my life.

 Melissa Hudson

BIO

Melissa Hudson is a local realtor serving the Greater Austin area and a Shadowglen resident since 2017. She has worked in real estate since 2012 and, through that experience, has developed a strong understanding of neighborhood growth, infrastructure, and the importance of thoughtful planning in thriving communities.

Before transitioning into real estate, Melissa spent 15 years working in Texas state government, where she built a foundation in public service, communication, and advocacy. That experience continues to guide her commitment to transparency, accountability, and serving the best interests of residents.

Melissa is a proud Austinite, mom of two, and grandmother. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, working out, exploring new food spots as a self-proclaimed foodie, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family. She believes her role in life is to help others and is grateful for the opportunity to serve and support the community she calls home.
