Waste Water Charge Adjustment: ** The gallons used is based on the winter season monthly average (if determined) and the actual water used.  See General Utility Information.     
 * Basic service rate includes pickup of solid waste (garbage) and recycled items. A waste container,  a recycle container, and the meter with its water connection are included in this rate.
