JoAnn Savage
Vice President
This position normally chairs the board meeting when the president is not in attendance.
Bio
JoAnn Savage was raised in Manor and graduated from Manor High School and the University of Texas. She has lived in the Manor area most of her life and in ShadowGlen for 2 ½ years. She retired from the State Comptroller’s Office in 2009 with 30 years of service and is now a volunteer for the Manor ISD mentoring program. JoAnn and her husband have two sons.
